What is FP Core and how is it related to FansProject?

FP Core was created as a member based site that is intended to promote creativity and new collectibles created by FansProject. FP Core is an entirely separate entity than FansProject, but has been sanctioned by FansProject to carry officially licenced products. Although FP Core is involved in the creative and consumer distribution process of select products and content from FansProject, we have no involvement in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution or corporate strategy of FansProject and it's Products.

Membership

Why can't I get my member discount even though I'm logged in?

Before you can become a full member, you must verify your email. This ensures that you are the actual person that signed up for the account.

The first time you register for your account, you will receive an email confirming your registration and providing you a link to verify your email. Simply click on the link inside the email and your email will be verified. Due to browser settings, you may have to log out of your account and log back in for your members status to take effect.

If you do not receive your verification email, please be sure to check your junk mail as sometimes emails end up in there. If you don't find your email there, you can simply email support@fpcore.com with your username and request that we resend you the verification email.

* Please note: if you are anxious to secure your pre-order before a product is sold out, you can place your order at full member price and request the member discount be refunded. You can do this by sending us your order number along with your request to payments@fpcore.com.

Purchases

I'm trying to add more items to my cart, but it won't let me do this why?

We use a third party fulfillment company that provides us flat rate shipping for specific box sizes. Therefore, we fit as many figures as we can into those size boxes but cannot exceed the box size. The site takes this into consideration when you are ordering. Typically we can only fit a maximum of three items in a box unless otherwise stated.

Certain limited products are also limited in how many you can order so that we can provide enough for every member to have a chance to purchase. Purchase restrictions are clearly stated on product pages and anyone attempting to cheat this system may have their orders canceled.

Do I have to pay for my pre-order in full?

Yes, all pre-orders are paid in full. However, you may cancel your pre-order within 14 days if you change your mind and get a full refund. You can send your refund request along with your order number to payments@fpcore.com.

Where do I access my order history?

To access your order history, make sure you are logged in to your account and are in your account section. To access the account section, click on the user icon at the top left of the menu bar and then click on the "My Account" link.

You will be taken to your account where you can click on the tab "Order History" and view your past and present orders.

* Please note: If you do not see your order history, this is because you have not verified your account. If this is the case, please email support@fpcore.com with your username and request to have your verification email sent again.

 

Shipping

I have purchased separate products from you, can I combine the shipping of my orders?

Orders cannot be combined and we cannot hold orders to be shipped at a later date. Different products have different arrival dates. We use a third party fulfillment company to ship orders, therefore once all orders are confirmed they must all be shipped. Our third party fulfillment company deals only with bulk shipping not warehouse storage.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, the status of your order will change from pending to complete and you will receive a tracking number along with a link to the shipping carriers tracking tool. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number but your order is showing as complete, please use the Purchase Support Form under our support section to request your tracking id be resent.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

The approximate shipping month is always posted on the product pre-order page. There are no exact dates, as sometimes production schedules, carrier issues and our third party order fulfillment could delay the final shipping date. We coordinate all these 3 parties as tightly as we can, but any delays with even one of the parties involved could cause our entire schedule to shift.

If there is ever a large delay, we will notify members through the site and on the product page itself.
